Whole Beef
We charge $5/lb + processing and require a $800 deposit for a whole.
Our hope is that our steers will be around 500-800lbs hanging weight. This would equate to $2500-$3000 plus processing being approximately $800.

We charge $5/lb + processing and require a $400 deposit for a ½ order.
Our hope is that our steers will be around 500-800lbs hanging weight. This would equate to $1,250-$2,000 plus processing being approximately $400.
